We are your one stop shop for mobile and onsite diesel refueling in Western Canada. We offer real time reporting and “YOU” tell us when you want your equipment fueled!
Hiway Fuel Services Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company where the ownership is actively involved in the daily operations for all locations! We also understand that fuel is a 24/7 concern which is why all of our operations managers are available on a 24/7 basis. We do NOT employ an answering service! If you have an emergency or a simple question you can call the respective operations manager directly ANYTIME.
Hiway Fuel Services employs the latest in computer technology which allows us to track your fuel in real time. We also have the ability to customize reports for your satisfaction. We do not believe in a “one report fits all approach”. You tell us what information you want to see in your report and we will make it available to you on-line or it can be emailed to you at a frequency of your choice. All of our reports are in excel which makes it easy to port into any accounting system or to do further analysis on your own. Through our online system you are able to customize your own reports along with a date range of your choice.
Hiway Fuel Services Ltd. places a large focus on safety and the environment. All of our drivers receive annual refreshers on “safety operating procedures” to ensure all of our employees or customers are never put at risk. All of our employees are trained in accordance to ISO standards in terms of safe operating procedures (SOP’s) in terms of the environment and also strict procedures in the event of a spill.
We also incorporate any specific safety and environmental procedures that a specific client may have. At a minimum our drivers follow our stringent safety and environmental procedures along with any specific procedure a site or customer may have.
Hiway Fuel Services Ltd. also offers other services such as a full line of lubricants along with onsite def refueling. If there is a specific service that you are looking for and do not see it on this site do not hesitate to ask and if we are not able to offer that specific service we are more than happy to work with you to ensure your service needs are met.
We offer a card lock service through the Husky and Chevron network allowing our customers to have complete control of their fuel use whether it be on-site refueling or through a card lock, either way we track all your fuel!
You want to rent a fuel truck? We can also provide that service.

I. Hiway trained Professionals
All of Hiway Fuel Services new drivers start off three days of classroom training that includes:
• TDG training and certification
• Review and testing of Hiway’s safety/ Environmental policies
• Road Safety testing
• Code of Ethics review and sign off
Once a new hire has successfully completed their classroom portion of training they perform a week long ride along with one of our certified drivers. After the successful completion of the ride along, the new driver will perform all aspects of the job while being shadowed by another Hiway Fuel Services certified driver.
Once all of the above has been successfully completed a peer/management review will be done as a final determination if the new hire should be employed full time.
All new drivers have a six-month probationary period with a zero tolerance for safety and environmental infractions.
II. Hiway Fast Delivery
Hiway Fuel Services understands that fuel is a 24/7 concern! This is the sole reason why we do not employ an answering service and all our operations managers are available on a 24/7 basis. If you have an emergency or a simple change request you can call the operations manager in your area anytime including Christmas day!
III. Hiway 24/7 Support
It’s a core principle of Hiway Fuel Service that Operations Managers are available around the clock 365 days a year in addition to the president if desired. Yes, we are a on-site diesel fuel provider but SERVICE is what we are known for. We do not believe in answering services! If you take the time to call, we will take the time to talk to you in return regardless of the time of day.
If you need a custom report we can do that to. We understand that our customers are busy so the more we can do at our end is greatly appreciated by our customers.
